Please note all transactions are in IDR, other currencies are approximate and intended for informational purposes only.  All Cancellations will incur the follow service charges:

• If a reservation is canceled more than 6 months ahead of time: 15%
• If a reservation is canceled 3 to 6 months ahead of time: 50%
• If a reservation is canceled less than 3 months ahead of time: 100%

Clubhouse Bali Condos reserve the right, at any time in our sole discretion, to: modify, suspend or discontinue the site or any service, content, feature or product offered through the site, with or without notice; charge fees in connection with the use of the site; modify and/or waive any fees charged in connection with the site; and/or offer opportunities to some or all users of the site. IN NO EVENT SHALL CLUBHOUSE CONDOS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF CUSTOMERS, LOSS OF CAPITAL, DOWNTIME COSTS, LOSS OF PROFIT, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO REPUTATION, LOSS UNDER OR IN RELATION TO ANY OTHER CONTRACT, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE OF DATA, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS OR BENEFITS SUFFERED OR INCURRED BY OR AWARDED AGAINST YOU UNDER OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE WEBSITES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY HEREIN, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF CLUBHOUSE BALI CONDOS AND ITS RELATED ENTITIES TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE OF ACTION WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF US$100.00.
